Doch mit dem Aufstieg von L\u00fcgen, Propaganda und Hetze im Social Web entbrennt zugleich ein globaler \u00bbKrieg der Bilder\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tr\u00e4gt die neue Macht bewegter Bilder letztlich zur Erm\u00e4chtigung oder zur Ohnmacht der politischen Subjekte bei?
